Project Description:
The ADB provides $150 million loan to enhance energy efficiency of heating industry, improve environment and livelihood quality in Inner Mongolia.

The project implementation has improved the energy efficiency of Inner Mongolia and enhanced the air quality in eight urban areas (Hohhot City, Baotou City, central urban area of Chifeng City, Jalaid Banner in Xing'an League, Tuquan Town in Tuquan County of Xing'an League, Aershan City in Xing'an League, Youzhong Banner in Xing'an League, and Wudan Town in Wengniu Banner of Chifeng City).

The services we provide:

According to the project objectives and outputs, EED provides feasibility study, current status, and development potential research on Inner Mongolia heating subproject; Assist Inner Mongolia PMO in designing procurement procedures and organizing bidding documents; Monitor and improve the environmental status of district heating subproject; Monitor and analyze the resettlement status of the project; Provide consulting services for project operational management capacity buildin.
