Time flows swiftly and  chapters renew daily. To comprehensively review the achievements of 2025, clarify strategic directions for the new development phase, and further unite team strength,   Energy & Environmental  Development Rearch Center (EED) recently convened its 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Strategic Planning Conference. All colleagues and distinguished guests gathered,  to retrace the path of progress  and shape the future vision.

Annual Review, Honoring Legacy

At the commencement of the event, Ms. Li Jie, Deputy General Manager of EED, systematically reviewed the company's developmental trajectory in 2025, summarizing it as " stabilizing the foundation, consolidating the groundwork, and accumulating strength during transformation." She highlighted that over the past year, the company had achieved solid progress in business development, strategic layout, organizational construction, and brand building, with the operational foundation becoming increasingly stable and the internationalization path growing clearer. Simultaneously, she objectively identified areas requiring continuous improvement, such as market exploration, project execution, talent development,and brand promotion.

Looking ahead to 2026, she further clarified the development theme of "Focus, Symbiosis, Breakthrough." Key directions include advancing "Going Global" projects, deepening client relationships, enhancing project execution, and optimizing collaborative mechanisms. Clear annual business objectives were established, rallying all colleagues to unite with shared purpose and persevere in their efforts.

Steady Progress Leads to a Far-reaching Future. The company's development is built upon the dedicated efforts and wholehearted contributions of every employee. Over the past year, our colleagues have delivered outstanding performance, culminating in a successful conclusion for 2025. Every striving individual at EED deserves to be seen and remembered.

In her address, Yu Xuan, an Outstanding Employee Representative, stated that her personal growth is inseparable from the platform provided by the company and the support of her team. She expressed firm belief that, guided by the strategy of "Focus, Symbiosis, Breakthrough," all EED members will advance with more determined steps and more solid actions to propel the company toward higher-quality development in 2026.

Dr. Liu Xin, Director of EED, began his concluding address by extending heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their diligent efforts and achievements over the past year, along with sincere New Year’s wishes. He emphasized that in 2025, all colleagues rose to challenges together and collectively delivered a solid annual performance.

Looking ahead to 2026, he called on all employees to steadfastly implement the company’s decade-long development strategy, “Setting Sail for the Next Decade.” In the marketplace, this means deepening our local roots while boldly expanding our global presence. In project execution, it requires promoting synergy between standardization and innovation. Within the organization, we must continue building a talent pipeline capable of tackling tough challenges and securing victories. For our brand, the goal is to achieve systematic enhancement and elevation.

Furthermore, Dr. Liu Xin presented five core requirements to all employees:

He stated that management will fully commit to building platforms and supporting strategy implementation. He expressed his expectation that everyone will take excellence as the benchmark and hard work as the foundation, working together to write a new chapter of high-quality development for EED in 2026.

In the session of "Reflecting on the Initial Voyage, Collaborating on the New Journey: Seminar on Environmental Consulting's Overseas Development,"  EED invited several industry experts for  a in-depth discussions. Drawing upon global green development trends, shifts in international policies, and emerging market opportunities, the experts provided systematic guidance for EED's overseas  strategy.

The old year has already unfolded a thousand layers of splendor, while the new year calls for scaling even greater heights.** The successful conclusion of this annual review conference has laid a solid foundation for EED's development in the coming year. On this new journey, all employees will continue to unite with shared purpose, forge ahead with determination, and work together with even greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach to write a new chapter in the company's story.
