Project Description:
The construction of Digital Fisheries Innovation Application Base in Qu Yuan Management Area, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, mainly focuses on the significant demand for digital transformation of the breeding of four major domestic fish species. Relying on the National Digital Fisheries Innovation Application Center, the Project integrates and applies modern precision fishery perception, transmission, processing, big data technology, and intelligent equipment. Through project construction, domestically advanced freshwater fish pond engineering breeding base was established, achieving the integration and application demonstration of precision aquaculture technology products, pilot scale-up, and standard verification, etc.

The Project aims to achieve digital upgrading and transformation of fish ponds by focusing on freshwater fish farming, seedling cultivation, and development of the entire industry chain, forming a development pattern of a "panoramic picture" of the digital fishery industry. The Project supports and promotes the deep extension of digital fishery, further liberates and develops digital productivity, accelerates the overall goal of digital fishery transformation and upgrading, and helps Qu Yuan Management Area's digital fishery integrate with the Dongting Lake region, striving to create a high-quality development model area for digital fishery. The Project applies for 20 million yuan from the central budget.

The services we provide:
This is a central budget funding application project. EED prepares feasibility study report based on the application requirements of National Digital Agriculture Innovation Application Base and client needs. EED provides feasible development ideas and paths for the development of digital fisheries in Qu Yuan Management Area.
