EED aims for the overall goal of "regional environmental quality improvement". In accordance with the "Notice of the People's Government of Linqing on Printing and Distributing the Three-Year Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense War (2018-2020) of Linqing City" (Linqing Government Issue [2018] No. 19) and the comprehensive work implementation plan for energy conservation and emission reduction in Linqing City during the "13th Five-Year Plan", the implementation plan aims for the discharge of pollutants to meet standards, and ensures that the plan is operable, advanced, and demonstrative.
